Description

Salutations, everyone! It's been a while since I uploaded anything. Two days ago my area received a hurricane warning and shut down all schools for the past two days. Thing is, nothing happened, other than a few short rain showers; no lethal wind speeds, no floods...well at least not in my area.
Anywho, I had some free time and I found this guy in my artwork folder unfinished. And seeing that I had some free time. The rest should go without saying. The clocks were taken from google...>.>

Timeman's design hasn't changed much compared to his last design. All I added were the clockworks (which was a nice touch), I changed his navi mark a bit and an emphasis on shading.
As for the background... a bit much? I dunno, I feel I went overboard. I just had so much fun with the warp tool. I wanted to go with the space-time distortion scheme.

Enjoy :)

I could see him working like his one move causes your movements to slow down (think like moving on sand panels) while attacking with gears and clocks (not clocks hands given how ClockMan.EXE already did that).
