I know, i never uploaded a Time.EXE 2.0! But don't fret, 3.0 isn't that much different from 2.0. However, There is a major design difference between 1.0! (just look back through my gallery)
I based this new design off a grandfather clock at my Grandmother's house. i mean the style and coloring were all based off of the grande thing! Come to think of it, to me, this is a major improvement from his earlier designs I kinda went down to styling him that even the sand in the hour glass is textured! The clock was kind of a last addition to him... he just didn't look like a time-type of character without the clock (or look like a grandfather clock)
