Laughman.EXE

Hmmm =/ he doesn't seem that much different from the other Laughman's i've done. What do you guys think? I mean, he does have less bumps and iffs ffrom the others, but that's only a work style improvement =/ his upgrade isnt that great. Huh, i still like the art though X)
