Dynamoman and Culp

I feel iffy about this. The reasons are: 1) I didn't know the text style to use. 2) I didn't make the BG look like the official ones. 3) The glow is too much (especially on the lightning) I'm not very happy with this. It doesn't look official enough

I'm not sure if I should upload my Net Navi pics like this along with their Net Ops. or should I upload them like how I've been uploading them so far - no BG and seperate from the Net Ops? What do you guys think?

A little bio on this guy -
This Dynamoman and his net op, Culp. Culp is the head in the Department of Energy at the Den Tech Nuclear Power Plant. But, when things begin to delcine in the power department, Culp goes rogue in order to keep his high status as a respected energy provider, and starts stealing power from other Cities with the help of his Net Navi Dynamoman.
